Shipping

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless caused by our negligence) 

Delivery prices are based on the size and weight of the parcel and delivery location. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver any products at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from delivery.

Returns 

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, return it to us in an unused condition, complete with original packaging, within 14 days for an exchange or refund of the item cost. You are required to pay the return postage costs unless the item received was faulty. 

Goods that are received damaged will be refunded or replaced. All we ask is that you keep the original packaging and email a photograph to us so that we can claim from our postal carrier. 

If your item arrives damaged please make sure you contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period.
